is seeking
Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analysts
to participate in the exploitation and analysis of CEM documents and media. The analyst will have advanced capabilities to identify, assess, and report on enemy tactics and capabilities, supporting target development, warning, and producing all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence. The role involves researching, analyzing, evaluating, and publishing intelligence products in collaboration with other analysts across the DoD and Intelligence Community. Required Qualifications: At least eight (8) years of experience in analytical intelligence operations within an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or equivalent non-DoD inter-agency community. A minimum of five (5) years of operational analysis experience in the relevant field. Advanced skills in the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology, with broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and demonstrable leadership in analytical efforts. Proficiency in the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals (HVI) Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), and data-at-rest analysis. Deep understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations. Expertise in applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex targeting information.
