as a Digital Content Coordinator , where youll play a key role in bringing music releases to life across all digital platforms like Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify and YouTube Music. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy music lover who thrives on organization, creativity, and staying ahead of digital trends. Youll work closely with artists, creative teams, and distribution partners to ensure that every release is delivered seamlessly and every online touchpoint reflects our artists at their best. Key Responsibilities: Compile and upload all release information, metadata, and assets to the labels distributor, ensuring accuracy and adherence to DSP specifications. Coordinate the timely delivery of audio, artwork, and supporting materials for new releases to all digital service providers. Manage and update artist profiles, websites, and streaming platform pages with current content, including images, bios, and featured playlists. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and format digital assets (graphics, videos, promotional materials) for campaigns and platform features. Assist on all content shoots including photo, video, and social content capture Monitor release schedules to ensure deadlines are met for pre-saves, pre-orders, and launch-day content. Track and troubleshoot any content or metadata issues that may arise post-release. Stay informed on platform best practices, DSP updates, and emerging digital trends to optimize artist visibility and engagement. Maintain organized archives of digital assets and release information for internal reference and reporting. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in digital music platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools. Proficiency in digital graphic tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and other editing softwares. Experience with music metadata standards and digital distribution processes preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
