Nurse Practitioners
(NPs) with expertise in diabetes management and endocrinology. - Ability to earn up to $90 per hour - Responsibilities: The PA or NP will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including weight management, medical management, and patient education. They will manage the use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology. The PA works as part of a team with direct supervision by top endocrinologists in New Jersey. Work may be conducted via telehealth and/or in person. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School Minimum of 6 months work experience Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey About Elaya Health: Elaya Health is a privately owned and operated administrative services organization dedicated to assisting physician practices in providing personalized care and education to patients and their families, ensuring a comfortable procedural experience.
