Nurse Practitioners
(NPs) with expertise in diabetes management and endocrinology. - Potential earnings of up to
$90 per hour Responsibilities:
The PA or NP will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including weight management, medical management, and patient education. Responsibilities also include managing insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology. The role involves working as part of a team, with direct supervision by top endocrinologists in New Jersey. Work may be conducted via telehealth and/or in person. Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School At least 6 months of work experience Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey About Elaya Health
