Software Engineer (Full stack & AI)
Location: Menlo Park, California, United States (On-site)

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be designing and scaling the infrastructure that fuels cutting-edge research and drives seamless, real-time interactions between users and intelligent agents. This isn’t your average fullstack role, you’ll be hands-on with the systems that support high-concurrency, massive data throughput, and emerging AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build backend systems to manage user data and support highly concurrent AI-driven workflows.
• Partner closely with research, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver seamless, integrated AI experiences.
• Optimize services for scalability and performance, using strategies like caching, load balancing, and efficient data handling.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and quick recovery.

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years in backend engineering, ideally in AI/LLM-powered environments.
• Strong fluency in Python, Java, or Go, and modern frameworks.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows.
• Practical knowledge of streaming architectures (WebSockets, SSE).
• Hands-on AI integration experience: prompt engineering, secure model execution, context management.
• Excellent problem-solver, communicator, and collaborative teammate.
