We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Senior Analyst to join our growing financial analytics team. If you have held or currently hold a role where you design and/or implement data solutions, manage data pipelines, or support financial modeling/reporting, we’d be excited to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical owner for data pipelines and dashboards leveraging Alteryx, SAP, and Tableau
• Design and implement robust Alteryx workflows for scalable, auditable data extraction and transformation
• Translate business requirements into analytics specifications and independently implement solutions
• Monitor upstream system changes to preserve data integrity and adjust processes as needed
• Lead root-cause analyses and resolve data quality or performance issues
• Participate in governance councils, providing input and implementing required actions
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics design, governance, and testing
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and standardization
• Liaise with IT and SAP support teams to ensure infrastructure alignment and smooth deployments
• Develop and maintain control mechanisms and analyses to ensure accuracy and support audits
• Optimize reporting solutions while proactively identifying new analytic opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3+ years of analytics experience with deep proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau
• Demonstrated experience with SAP data structures
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehousing principles is a plus
• Familiarity with accounting, finance, or tax data flows and concepts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
