Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit real estate group seeking a Financial Planning & Budgeting Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities Of The Financial Planning & Budgeting Analyst

• Creating and managing the P&L Business Review on a monthly basis
• Developing fiscal policy, including internal control procedures
• Producing cash flow and liquidity reports
• Leading the annual budget process by collaborating with department leaders
• Modeling the effects of current and potential business partnerships
  

Qualifications For The Financial Planning & Budgeting Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or experience equivalent (+4 years)
• 3+ years in financial analysis, including leading at minimum one budget cycle
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling
  

Salary Range:
$70,000 - 80,000, depending on experience
