About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead its people strategy during a significant period of growth and impact. The successful candidate will be a strategic and people-centered leader, responsible for the full scope of HR functions, including talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning. This role demands a visionary who can align people systems with the organization's mission, culture, and growth, and who is adept at shaping equitable policies, managing risk, and developing leadership capacity. The CHRO will also be tasked with fostering a people-centered, equity-informed culture that supports long-term sustainability and performance.
Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' HR experience, with at least five years in executive roles, and a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational design, systems thinking, and equity-informed leadership. They should be adept at designing and scaling learning systems, with a focus on talent strategy that is pragmatic, equity-informed, and adaptable. Strong candidates will also have experience in building performance management approaches, developing managerial training programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
