About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance, and training/development. The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in the organizational strategy, advising leadership on HR matters, driving initiatives for goal setting, performance feedback, and rewards, and ensuring compliance with state mandates. This role involves coaching supervisors and employees, maintaining a comprehensive employee relations strategy, and overseeing all investigations. The Executive Director will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and delivering manager training programs, and maintaining HRIS reporting compliance.
Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant work experience in a broad scope of HR, a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent, and at least 5 years' of supervisory experience. The role requires a candidate who is highly knowledgeable about employment laws and has a proven track record of problem-solving and effective communication. Preferred qualifications include a PHR certification and a Master's degree, with higher education experience being a plus.
