Salary Range: $100,000-120,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
- Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Texas state employment laws.
- Maintain HR information systems and ensure accurate employee records.
- Lead the performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers.
- Design and manage compensation structures, benefits, and reward programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Promote an inclusive, engaging, and supportive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and Texas state labor laws.
- Proven experience with HRIS and data-driven HR decision making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Japanese) preferred.
- Experience at the Japanese based companies in the US is highly preferred.
