Work Style: Hybrid base (3 days/office/week 2 days WFH/week)
Salary Range: $100,000-120,000 (DOE)

Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee training and development, HR policy and systems management, and performance & compensation management. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, ensuring HR strategies support the companys business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Training & Development: Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
- HR Systems & Policy Management: Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Texas state employment laws. Maintain HR information systems and ensure accurate employee records.
- Performance & Compensation Management: Lead the performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers. Design and manage compensation structures, benefits, and reward programs.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Promote an inclusive, engaging, and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and Texas state labor laws.
- Proven experience with HRIS and data-driven HR decision making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Japanese) preferred.
- Experience at the Japanese based companies in the US is highly preferred.
