• TN RN License

• Patient Ratio: 1:4

• EMR: Cerner

Role Overview:
The Stepdown RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care for acutely ill patients requiring close monitoring. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, administration of medications and treatments, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Floating may be required to other units as needed.
