Food Bank Volunteers- Distribution

Volunteers are needed to pack food boxes for clients as they check in at the food bank. Volunteers will have a "station" for the day filling produce bags, bread bags, loading TEFAP boxes or meat boxes. Boxes are filled based on the size of the family and the type of food visit they are reciving that day. Volunteers will need to manage the inventory for their section for the day, ensuring as best as possible an equal distribution. One volunteer will pack the food into the client's trunk. They need to ensure all sections are included and keep the drive through running efficiently. Volunteers need to wear closed toe shoes and may want to bring a snack or water bottle. Volunteers will have a specific shift. Available shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 1045-215, Thursday 1145-415, Tuesday 245-515. Bilingual volunteers are very helpful.
