WORK HOURS (SHIFT)
- 1st Shift | 5:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday
STARTING PAY
- $17 to $19 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Manufacturing experience preferred; training provided
As a Weld Equipment Operator, you'll operate pre-set welding equipment in a manufacturing environment. This is a highly repetitive and trainable position, making it ideal for someone who enjoys routine tasks and is looking for job stability. Strong attendance and long-term reliability are essential in this role.
Responsibilities Operate automatic weld equipment according to work instructions Load and unload parts in weld fixtures Visually inspect finished welds for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and production procedures Qualifications
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for the duration of your shift Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
