Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Carpenter Apprentice, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced journeymen and site supervisors to support all phases of carpentry work. Your responsibilities will include:
Safety Carpentry:
Installing temporary and permanent handrails
Maintaining clean and hazard-free work zones
Assisting with site safety compliance and setup
Rough Carpentry:
Wood and metal framing
Installing backing and blocking for fixtures and finishes
Assisting with layout and measurements
Finish Carpentry:
Installing trim, doors, windows, and hardware
Cabinetry and millwork support
Performing detailed finish work to meet design specifications
Punch List & Closeout:
Completing final tasks to prepare sites for turnover
Touch-ups, adjustments, and quality assurance
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates who are eager to learn, reliable, and committed to craftsmanship. Ideal qualifications include:
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial carpentry (apprentice or helper level)
Familiarity with rough and finish carpentry, millwork, and cabinetry installation
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Personal hand tools and reliable transportation required
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
