ABOUT THE ROLE As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will actively run large machinery including dozers, loaders, excavators, and haul trucks. Your role involves paving, moving, grading, and compacting various earth-related materials such as sand, gravel, stone, and asphalt. You will be responsible for conducting daily inspections to ensure the equipment is operating safely and maintained in a clean condition. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Efficiently load trucks and feed bins with aggregate materials, while maintaining the appropriate material quantities. Move and grade earth or materials from one site to another while performing paving tasks. Ensure all equipment is kept clean and orderly. Conduct daily inspections to verify safe equipment operation. Adhere to safety regulations and environmental compliance at all times. Foster a culture of safety through effective communication and commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education:

High School diploma or equivalent. Required Work Experience:

A minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in reading and writing is essential along with excellent driving skills. Additional Requirements: Possession of a valid Driver's license. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and utilize Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit tests. WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary.
