Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various systems, providing an essential service to our organization.
Duties
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain and repair facilities, including plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance tasks.
Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.
Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client requests promptly and professionally.
Assist in residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
Experience
Proven experience working in the food industry/cold environment
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is .
Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
Mechanical knowledge is essential for diagnosing and fixing various equipment issues.
Experience in supervising projects or teams is a plus.
Familiarity with welding techniques and fabrication processes is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and tenants.
