What Youll Do

As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. You will manage project timelines, coordinate internal workflows, and serve as the primary point of contact to deliver a polished and brand aligned experience.

Your Impact

Through proactive communication and strategic guidance, you will help clients make informed decisions and optimize their storefronts. Your ability to manage details and resolve issues quickly will build trust and reinforce Benson's reputation for reliability and excellence. Every successful launch you lead contributes to stronger partnerships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage client onboarding project plans that align with goals and timelines. Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, guiding client communications and expectations. Coordinate internal workflows and resolve implementation issues to maintain project momentum. Review and deliver accurate, brand-consistent client materials and storefronts. Maintain organized documentation across shared platforms for accessibility and consistency. Participate in team meetings to share updates, surface challenges, and recommend improvements.

Education

Position Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Work Experience

2 to 4 years in account management, project management, or a related field. Multi-family experience is a plus.

Your Skills

Skilled and coordinating complex onboarding projects with tight timelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel). Familiar with PACE and vendor platforms such as ASI. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and brand consistency. Adaptable and deadline driven in a fast-paced environment.
