Rehrig Pacific is looking for a Program Manager - IT Projects who is passionate about driving change, delivering results, and mentoring others along the way. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the center of our most critical technology initiatives-shaping strategy, elevating project performance, and ensuring long-term value creation.
What You-ll Do:
As a key member of our IT Program Management Office (PMO), you will:
Lead Major IT Projects & Programs - Own end-to-end delivery of mission-critical initiatives-spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, user support, and software deployments.
Drive Strategic Alignment & Results - Translate organizational strategy into clear, executable project roadmaps and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Champion Project Excellence - Enhance tools, processes, and standards that elevate project maturity and effectiveness across the enterprise.
Mentor & Influence Across the Business - Act as a trusted advisor and change agent, upskilling project teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels-including the executive team.
Own Portfolio Visibility & Health - Monitor overall project portfolio performance and provide regular insights and reporting to senior leadership.
Develop and Deploy PM Tools - Evaluate and optimize PMO tools and technologies, including Smartsheet, document control systems, and AI-based solutions.
What We-re Looking For: 5+ years of professional project/program management experience, preferably within IT, infrastructure, manufacturing, or software environments.
A bachelor-s degree is required (Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field).
PMP certification is highly preferred.
A solid understanding of PMI methodologies and experience applying them across complex programs.
A track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you can confidently lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with AI tools is a plus.
Proven ability to improve and implement processes, manage change, and elevate delivery maturity across teams.
A data-driven approach to financial stewardship, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate shifting priorities, dynamic business needs, and fast-paced environments.

Required travel: Approximately 15%
