Service Manager and Warehouse Associate
Location: Columbus, OH (also servicing Cleveland)
Re-Bath is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager and Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional remodeling experience through customized bath design, clear communication, and expert installation.
Key Responsibilities: Service & Installation (Columbus & Cleveland market): - Bathroom plumbing diagnosis and repair - Caulking and grab bar/bathroom accessory installation - Shower door adjustment and replacement - Build and install displays in partnership stores - Set-up/tear-down for home shows in Indy, Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh - 75% of time spent in the field and 25% of time spent in the warehouse - Clear and friendly communication with customers Warehouse Duties (Columbus-based): - Receive and inspect incoming materials - Stage materials for outgoing jobs - Maintain inventory accuracy - Operate forklifts or pallet jacks - Clean and organize the warehouse
Skills & Requirements: - 10+ years experience in remodeling/renovation/construction - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Ability to lift 75 lbs - Forklift experience (preferred) - Able to pass background check & drug test - Clean driving record - Proficiency with tablets, email, and record keeping - Comfortable working independently and traveling (in a company van)
Ideal Background:
Experience in: - Bathroom/kitchen remodeling - Trim carpentry - Tile and drywall installation - Plumbing and exterior finishing
Benefits & Compensation: - Salary: $60,000-$80,000+ (based on experience) - Company vehicle, gas card, EZ Pass - Health, dental, and vision (with partial employer contribution) - PTO, short/long-term disability, 401k
