ROLE SUMMARY:

Opening this Fall, Delilah Dallas is seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mixology, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

We will begin interviewing during the last week of July.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes. Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies. Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace. Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards. Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned. Other tasks as assigned by manager. REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation. Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques. Must have a valid TX Food Handlers Certification. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be authorized to work I the United States. Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Must have attention to detail. PERKS:
