About the Role
Join a trusted industry leader with over 50 years of experience in precast concrete solutions! We’re looking for motivated individuals to support our production team in creating high-quality concrete products used in major infrastructure projects.
As a General Laborer, you’ll play a hands-on role in the manufacturing process—from mixing and pouring concrete to setting up molds and assisting machine operators.
What You’ll Do
Pour, mix, and patch concrete slabs
Manufacture absorptive concrete walls
Set up and prep molds for pouring stations
Bend and tie rebar
Assist machine operators and perform general labor tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in general labor, construction, or concrete work
Ability to operate machinery and perform manual tasks
Team player with a strong work ethic
Manufacturing experience is a plus!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
