Now Hiring: Residential Housekeeper & Domestic Support Assistant, Long Term

Location:

Downtown West Palm Beach, FL

Schedule:

Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Monday-Friday (Some weekends as needed, travel internationally when necessary)

Compensation:

$27.50 - $29.00/hour + Health Insurance + Paid Holidays + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a highly disciplined, service-focused

Residential Housekeeper & Domestic Support Assistant

to support the day-to-day operations of two private residences and a small office located in Downtown West Palm Beach (walking distance apart). This is a

hands-on, professional service loop role

for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in keeping high-end spaces clean, orderly, and presentation-ready at all times. The position will also cover office basic surface cleaning and tidying 1-2 per week when there are gaps in the residential needs.

You will also be responsible for basic errands, household inventory, occasional travel, and supporting personal assistants who manage the household operations. This is

not a managerial or executive role -it is a

grounded, support-focused position

for someone with strong standards, a discreet nature, and a professional mindset. The direct report is to the Executive Personal Assistant.

An understanding of Nines Software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Daily & Weekly Duties • Clean and maintain two residences (approx. 2,000 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft) with

hotel-level presentation standards • Make beds daily;

change linens every other day

(or more frequently if soiled) • Clean and sanitize bathrooms daily; restock towels (changed every other day or sooner if needed) • Spot-clean kitchens and surfaces daily; perform deep surface cleaning weekly • Empty trash, manage recycling, and handle trash bin placement on collection days • Maintain a clean patio area at one property • Bring in mail daily and keep the entry and kitchen areas clutter-free • Weekly car wipe-down/cleaning (and coordinate detail service 2x per month) • Meal-Prep (preferred, not required)

Organizational & Household Support • Organize and tidy

closets, drawers, and cabinets daily • Keep clothing, shoes, suits, and accessories properly placed and cared for • Maintain household inventory and restock supplies using an assigned

Amazon account • Coordinate with personal assistants regarding household needs and task execution • Monitor and clean fridge contents (expired/spoiled items) • Run errands, including dry cleaning pickup/drop-off, store returns, and basic shopping • Assist with setup and cleanup for social events or meetings as directed

Additional Responsibilities • Feed and care for a cat at one of the residences (includes litter box maintenance) • Assist with travel (domestic or international) • Holiday Decoration Take Down • Long-Term Travel Close/Open Home • Cooking or meal prep is a

plus , not a requirement • Adhere to and follow household protocols tracked in

NINES

software (training provided if needed)

Compensation & Benefits •

$27.50/hour

(40 hours guaranteed weekly) •

Health insurance provided •

Paid holidays

(based on Federal Reserve calendar, plus Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and birthday - each paid as 6 hours) •

Eligibility for bonuses

based on principal discretion and performance • No vacation time included; holidays and birthdays observed as noted

Work Hours (General) • Monday

7:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. • Tuesday

7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M. • Wednesday

7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M. • Thursday

7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M. • Friday

9:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M. • Some flexibility expected for

evening events or weekend support

Qualifications

Required Qualifications • At least

2+ years of private household, yacht steward, or luxury hotel housekeeping experience • Valid U.S. work authorization • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle • High attention to detail, strong work ethic,

zero tolerance for sloppiness • Ability to maintain

absolute discretion and professionalism

(NDA required) • Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate boxes, and climb small ladders • Willingness to follow directions from household personnel assistants • Must be

punctual, respectful, non-entitled, and humble

in approach • Comfortable working around cameras (used for security and quality control) • Must keep

personal phone use to a minimum

during active work hours
