Carpenter MultiTrade Skilled

Luminist Homes is seeking a skilled and dependable carpenter who can wear many hats. We build custom homes, ADUs, remodels, decks, and fences in the greater Sacramento area — and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, work efficiently, and deliver quality results. If you’re a self-starter who values craftsmanship and communication, this role offers steady work and room to grow. Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry and related trades (framing, finish work, drywall, siding, fencing, etc.) (Light plumbing & electrical is a plus!) • Work independently and with a team to complete projects on schedule • Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and trade partners • Maintain strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality work • Manage time effectively and complete tasks within allotted timeframes Qualifications: • Proven carpentry skills with experience across multiple trades • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented • Reliable transportation and personal tools (compensation will meet California requirements) • Professional attitude with a commitment to craftsmanship Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
