WizeHire, Inc is hiring: Skilled Remodel Construction Worker in Truckee

The Tahoe Tradesman is looking for skilled laborers to join our small residential remodel team. We handle a variety of projects including full remodels, small bathroom renovations, deck builds, patios, fences, and more.

We seek knowledgeable, skilled individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision. An average day involves understanding a scope of work, utilizing all necessary materials and tools, and completing tasks successfully without direct oversight. Project managers are available for questions, but we require our crew to have a solid working knowledge of most trades to succeed in a small team environment.

You will collaborate with a close-knit team of skilled laborers and tradespeople to bring construction plans to life. If you have a strong work ethic, a good attendance and punctuality record, and are eager to advance your construction skills, we encourage you to apply today!

Responsibilities

1. Excellent communication and attention to detail
2. Follow directions while exercising good judgment, knowing when to adapt and ask questions
3. Safely operate power tools
4. Arrive on time, prepared to work
5. Maintain a positive attitude

Qualifications

1. Valid driver's license
2. Working knowledge of remodeling trades such as framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile, demolition, finish carpentry, concrete work, etc.
3. Knowledge of JobTread or similar management software is a plus
4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Compensation

$30 - $42 hourly
