Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Schedule:
24-hour shifts, 24/7 coverage required Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive care in a NICU setting. Manage daily patient rounds and neonatal procedures. Respond to neonatal emergencies within a 30-minute window. Maintain collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure quality of care. Handle a yearly delivery rate, with 10-12% being high risk. Utilize the Epic EMR system to document all patient interactions and procedures. Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP); Neonatology Must be either board certified or board eligible in Neonatology.
