Certification as a Medical/Surgical RN is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Minimum of 5 years of RN experience with at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience, including 2 years as a Clinical Nurse Manager. Unencumbered RN license in Maryland at the time of hire. American Heart Association BLS certification. Ideal Candidate: Actively rounds on staff. Dedicated to providing the best patient experience. Passionate about nursing as a profession.
