Responsibilities Take your clinical leadership skills and passion for Stroke care to the next level.
Lead an engaged staff delivering exceptional care on our 32-bed Stroke Unit in a hospital that was recently recognized with the AHA Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award and Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus.
Qualifications The job description is available for review, but here is what we are looking for:
BSN is required for this position; Master’s degree preferred.
Our ideal candidate will be certified as a Neuro/Stroke Nurse or interested in obtaining certification upon hire and actively participate in professional organizations.
5 years of RN experience working with Neuro/Stroke patients, with 3 years of progressive leadership experience, including 2 years as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
Unencumbered RN license in Maryland at the time of hire.
American Heart Association BLS certification.

Skills and Certifications

5 years of Neuro/Stroke RN experience.
