Review and approve complex tax returns and audits Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws Lead tax research and planning initiatives Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients Supervise and mentor tax team members Collaborate with audit teams on large client engagements Requirements
CPA license required 8+ years in public accounting with increasing responsibility Experience representing clients before tax authorities Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH ProSystem fx) preferred Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred) Benefits
