MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AND BE WILLING TO WORK THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY MINIMUM.
Do you have a passion for animals as well as great people skills? Do you have experience working around and/or with animals? If so, then come join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented with a positive, warm, friendly, and energetic attitude. He or she must be able to work well and manage multiple tasks both as part of a team and individually with limited supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets customers and answers phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Schedules appointments
Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas
Assists with laundry
Obtains vaccine records
Investigates and resolves customer queries
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong work ethic and good people skills
Highly professional and dependable
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
Genuine love of animals
