Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming is hiring: Retail Sales Associate in Asheville

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AND BE WILLING TO WORK THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY MINIMUM.

Do you have a passion for animals as well as great people skills? Do you have experience working around and/or with animals? If so, then come join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented with a positive, warm, friendly, and energetic attitude. He or she must be able to work well and manage multiple tasks both as part of a team and individually with limited supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets customers and answers phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Schedules appointments
• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas
• Assists with laundry
• Obtains vaccine records
• Investigates and resolves customer queries
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products
• Performs other duties as assigned
