this internship will give you exposure to the many ways HR supports the employee lifecycle. As an HR Intern, youll have the opportunity to: Assist in talent acquisition

activities, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate outreach Support

employee engagement

efforts and internal branding

initiatives Contribute to HR data collection, analysis,

and reporting for ongoing projects Help manage

internal communications

and content creation for platforms like

SharePoint Assist with HRIS (Human Resource Information System)

tasks and digital file management Participate in compliance tracking, policy research,

and audit preparation Gain hands-on experience with tools such as ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint, Indeed, LinkedIn,

and more Shadow team members and attend team meetings to gain exposure to day-to-day

HR operations

and strategic initiatives Were looking for individuals who are: Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Finance, Research,

or a related field Strong

communicators,

both written and verbal, with

attention to detail Highly organized, self-motivated,

and eager to learn Interested in understanding how HR influences

recruitment, culture, engagement,

and

compliance Comfortable working in both

collaborative

and

independent

settings Requirements: Must be

21 years of age or older Valid

Pennsylvania drivers license Ability to obtain required background clearances ( Act 33/34

and FBI ) and pass a physical examination Proof of current
