Hr Intern Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of human resources in a dynamic environment, supporting our employees and managers, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. What You'll Do
As our HR Intern, you'll play a supportive role in a variety of HR activities, including: Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist with different stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing new hire documentation, and helping with new hire orientations. Employee Assistance: Provide initial support for common HR inquiries, help employees with benefits information, and learn about employee relations. HR Administration: Assist with tasks like data entry for payroll, tracking attendance and vacation, maintaining personnel files, and helping to compile HR reports. Policy & Compliance: Learn about HR policies and procedures and assist in ensuring they are followed. Offboarding Support: Help with the administrative tasks involved in the employee exit process. Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team. What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Platforms. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. What We Offer
