Overview Synaptics is looking for a Sr. Executive Administrator to the CEO/CFO to join our dynamic and growing organization. This role will be a trusted partner and high-impact support professional responsible for ensuring the CEO/CFO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and strategically. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, global semiconductor environment. Proactively manage an active calendar with complex scheduling across multiple time zones Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, executive events like board meetings, investor calls, customer engagements, and executive offsites, including preparation of materials and agendas Take detailed, timely, and confidential notes during key meetings and ensure documentation and follow-up Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas Handle post-travel reporting, expenses, and logistics reconciliation Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO/CFO; screen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests for attention Draft, edit, and manage high-level correspondence, briefings, and presentation materials Organize executive files, maintain confidential records, and oversee CEO/CFO task/project tracking Work closely with the Chief of Staff and broader leadership team to align CEO/CFO's calendar with company priorities Anticipate the CEO/CFO’s needs and proactively remove roadblocks to support decision-making and productivity Provide proactive logistical support for meetings, events, and communications, ensuring seamless coordination across teams Represent the CEO/CFO with a high level of professionalism Competencies
Demonstrates confidence, maturity, and professionalism in representing the CEO/CFO internally and externally Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality Expert at juggling competing priorities and managing highly fluid calendars and logistics Highest professional ethics and professional presence including unwavering maintenance of business confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to compose executive-level correspondence and materials Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with high expectations Thinks ahead, mitigates risks, and navigates ambiguity with calm efficiency Skilled in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Concur, and calendaring systems Analytical and able to make informed decisions based on experience and sound instincts Passion for results: the ability to find creative solutions and generate results; a strong sense of urgency and the ability to infuse that in others Qualifications (Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, with at least 3 years supporting a CEO, CFO, or President Experience in the semiconductor or technology sector highly desirable Proven track record of managing executive schedules and priorities across multiple stakeholders Experience interfacing with board members, senior executives, and high-profile external contacts Prior experience in a high-growth or publicly traded semiconductor company Familiarity with international business travel, including Asia and Europe Track record of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization No travel required Belief in Diversity: Synaptics is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workforce diversity.
