Overview Americas Tax Technology Group – Business Analyst – Manager (SAP Implementation) role at EY. As part of the Americas Tax Technology Group (ATTG), you will be part of a technology organization that develops and maintains innovative solutions for our client-serving Tax professionals. ATTG professionals partner with Tax professionals to develop supporting technology such as digital/mobile tools to improve internal operations, robotics process automation (RPA) to collect financial data, development of advanced financial dashboards, visualization, analytics, and reports.

For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on. The opportunity: The Business Analyst role sits in the Solutions Delivery Pillar with a specific focus on SAP implementation projects. Your Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the BA approach, communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort for the Portfolio throughout all phases of the ATTG project life cycle. Lead a team of BAs assigned to program/portfolio project(s), ensuring comprehensive business analysis is performed on all projects across the assigned Portfolio/Programs. Also, will perform hands-on BA work directly as needed. Actively review requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis throughout the Portfolio. Work with the Business Analysis Community of Practice to ensure consistent application of the Solutions Delivery and ATTG standards and methodologies and advise on exceptions. Lead the QA Engineers and review their test plans and drive the quality of the solutions. Collaborate with SAP implementation teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes. Develop and document SAP business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within the SAP environment. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. Manage and oversee RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered on time. Qualifications To qualify for the role you must have: A bachelor\'s degree (computer science, engineering, accounting, finance preferred) or equivalent work experience. Master\'s degree preferred. 8-12 years of relevant experience. Management experience a plus. CBAP or CBATL certification preferred. SAP certification or relevant SAP training is highly desirable. What We Offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $85,700 to $195,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $102,900 to $222,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our hybrid model expects most client-serving roles to work in person 40-60% of the time.
