Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow system administration, configuration, and upgrades.
Manage application development projects using structured analysis and design methodologies.
Evaluate system requirements, cost, and risk trade-offs for IT development initiatives.
Ensure alignment with HUD OIG IT lifecycle processes, security, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
7+ years of IT project management experience with development projects.
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies (PMP, ScrumMaster).
Strong skills in requirements analysis, system integration, and documentation.
