fire restoration, water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and post-emergency reconstruction . We are committed to excellence, teamwork, and helping our clients recover quickly and effectively. What You’ll Do
Drive New Business
Leverage your book of business and actively prospect new opportunities in multi-family, healthcare, senior living, and hospitality sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies to establish long-term partnerships.
Build Client Relationships
Connect with property managers, facilities managers, and decision-makers. Schedule and lead 2–5 in-person client meetings per week.
Deliver Revenue Growth
Identify and pursue opportunities in fire, water, mold, and reconstruction services. Close deals by presenting tailored restoration and capital project solutions. Partner with operations, marketing, and project management for seamless service delivery. Ensure sales efforts align with client needs and project timelines.
Leverage CRM Technology
Manage pipeline and activities in Salesforce (transitioning to IFS). Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
3+ years of
B2B sales experience , ideally in disaster restoration or related industries (e.g., property services, commercial landscaping, facility management). Proven track record in
building client relationships
with property/facility managers. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. A true
“hunter” mentality
with a drive to win new business. Self-motivated and able to succeed in a remote/hybrid role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel within New England (primary focus: Connecticut, with occasional nationwide travel). Resilient, ambitious, and motivated to achieve both personal and company success. $100,000 base salary

uncapped commission
