Associate Credentials
5-8 years of trademark lpreparation and prosecution, counseling clients, and performing trademark searches and clearance opinions (pharmaceutical experience a plus).
Experience in trademark infringement litigation (anti-counterfeiting experience a plus).
Experience in handling domain name disputes.
Experience in advertising, contests, promotions and sweepstakes including disputes regarding same and agency-related proceedings.
Experience with copyright protection and enforcement.
Work experience as a USPTO trademark examiner is a plus.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills; team focused.
Illinois bar, or ability to become admitted via waiver or taking the next bar exam.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
