Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Construction Litigation Attorney
with strong experience representing clients in complex construction-related disputes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction law, including handling claims involving breach of contract, construction defects, delay damages, design errors, and payment disputes such as liens and bond claims.

Represent clients in all phases of construction litigation and arbitration matters. Draft and negotiate construction-related contracts, change orders, and settlement agreements. Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Analyze construction schedules, budgets, plans, and technical documentation. Advise clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute avoidance strategies. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school; active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. 2+ years of experience in construction litigation or a related practice area. Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads and independently handle matters from inception to resolution. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Knowledge of AIA contract documents and relevant Florida statutes (e.g., Chapter 558, lien and bond law) preferred. Experience working with international clients and cross-border construction issues is a plus. What We Offer
