Public M&A team . This practice is recognized for handling some of the
highest-volume and most high-profile M&A transactions worldwide.
This opportunity provides the chance to work on
headline-making M&A transactions
across industries including
Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services .
Key Experience & Responsibilities
General M&A and transactional experience, with a focus on
public company M&A
(sellside and buyside) and related securities laws
Advising clients on high-profile, complex M&A transactions
Supporting companies across industries, with
Technology and Life Sciences
experience considered a plus
Building versatile skill sets while acting as a trusted strategic advisor to clients
Qualifications
J.D. with strong academic credentials
3–6 years of experience in M&A and transactional work at a law firm of comparable caliber
Experience with
public company M&A transactions
(required)
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to promptly obtain admission)
Deal sheet submission required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
