Vice President of Business Development

to spearhead expansion across 35 Skilled Nursing Facilities in

Ohio . In this high-impact role, you’ll lead regional initiatives to grow revenue, strengthen partnerships, and elevate patient care services. You’ll collaborate with physicians, hospitals, payers, and healthcare providers to identify opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll also manage and mentor a high-performing business development team. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare partners, including hospitals, physicians, and payers. Lead sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, customer segmentation, and brand positioning. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to align business development goals with operational and clinical objectives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial targets are met. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably within Skilled Nursing Facilities. Proven track record of driving census and revenue growth and expanding market presence. Expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and market analysis. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative mindset.
