Job Description
Oversee all phases of fast-food/restaurant construction projects from preconstruction to closeout Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials procurement Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear and expectations are met Lead project teams to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and reports Resolve challenges in the field proactively and ensure adherence to scope and specifications MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, specifically on fast food/quick service restaurant projects Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting practices Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building strong client and subcontractor relationships Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under deadlines What's on Offer
