Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Madison, WI, with some work from home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for listing and showing properties, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional daily tasks include managing property listings, networking with potential clients, coordinating with builders and developers, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property Proven Sales skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using real estate software and MLS systems Seniority level
