Overview As a Marketing Business Partner to our Federal Government business units, you will help drive growth of our business through a combination of marketing, communications and business development support programs. With expertise in the U.S. Federal Government, you communicate CGI’s key value propositions in a way that resonates with the unique needs of this market.

Translate business priorities into an effective marketing strategy and plan Translate business unit priorities into marketing initiatives that position CGI uniquely in the market Envision, design, and lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns to align with the marketing plan Develop and deliver account-based and deal-based marketing strategies to help drive growth in our strategic accounts Integrate industry events, custom events and client conferences into key marketing campaigns to access and support client interactions Design and develop marketing collateral, particularly thought leadership and digital content Leverage marketing Centers of Excellence to execute digital, create and event strategies aligned to marketing campaigns Leverage relevant industry and market research, including support for our voice of the client program Work closely with Public Relations, Government Relations and Analyst Relations to influence key external stakeholders Qualifications You are a well-rounded marketing professional with experience across many disciplines, including marketing strategy, executive presence, hands-on implementation, and an ability to get things done internally through influence. 10+ years' experience working in Marketing, consulting, and/or business development disciplines, preferably in an IT or professional services company MBA preferred, or equivalent experience A passion for and strong understanding of the U.S. Federal Government Proven leadership in running successful, integrated marketing campaigns Strong verbal and written communications, including the ability to write and present to executive audiences Past experience producing high-impact content (white papers, blogs, video, etc.) An ability to be highly collaborative, and work with a variety of people at all levels Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts Flexibility to travel, as needed Compensation CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
