This position is ideal for RNs with documented PCU experience in their work history and at least 2 years in a similar-sized facility. You will care for a 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit with a cardiac patient population . Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care for PCU/IMCU patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P. Administer cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors. May also care for lower acuity telemetry beds within the unit. Maintain patient ratios of 1:3-4 depending on acuity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
