The PCCU team cares for some of the region's most medically delicate and surgically complex patients. Patient Population / Top DRGs: Respiratory failure Sepsis Closed head injuries Multi-system organ dysfunction Endocrine disorders Complex traumas Surgical complications Responsibilities & Skills: Competent in care of diverse medical & surgical populations Management of advanced hemodynamics including pressor titrations Proficient in use of antihypertensive drips, sedative & narcan drips, thrombolytics Experience with A-line, CVP, EVD, ortho traction, infection prevention protocols Skilled with HFNC, BiPap/CPAP, and oxypendent oxygen therapy Comfortable managing a typical caseload of 3 high-acuity patients Requirements: Epic EMR experience - Required ACLS & BLS - Required 2 years large-scale adult PCU or community hospital ICU experience - Preferred Contact HumanEdge Health humanedgealliedhealth.com HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID 11708.
