Customer Service Representative
Location: Albuquerque, NM Schedule: Full-time | Must be available Monday through Friday, PLUS WEEKENDS AS NEEDED Compensation: $17$20 per hour + Incentives About Us: Since 1929, Wagner Mechanical has been dedicated to providing trusted HVAC, plumbing, and electrical home repairs. Core Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled, revenue-generating service appointments Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments Resolve customer concerns on the spot while keeping calm, collected, and focused Enter and manage data accurately within our CRM system Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure zero scheduling errors Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs Participate in mandatory training sessions and stay informed on all service updates, offerings, and procedures Minimum Requirements & Expectations Exceptional communication skills clear, professional, and persuasive both on the phone and in writing A customer-first mindset with the ability to de-escalate issues and own the resolution Tech-savvy and efficient with Microsoft Office and customer management systems Able to prioritize, multitask, and thrive under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions Punctual, dependable, and accountable Previous call center or customer service experience is required Sales or upselling experience is strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Weekly pay Full medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and paid holidays Company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for advancement in a company that promotes from within All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
