Project Manager
Job Description
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to turnover and closeout. Coordinate and lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with contract scope. Oversee subcontractor procurement, bid analysis, and contract execution. Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring timely resolution. Work collaboratively with superintendents to manage site logistics, quality control, and safety. Monitor and report on project progress, proactively managing risks and delays. Ensure all work complies with plans, specs, codes, and company standards. Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven track record managing large-scale
warehouse ,
storage , or
distribution center
projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of concrete tilt-wall construction, MEP coordination, and site development. Proficient in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 certification required. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed. What's on Offer
