Job Description
Support the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design partners to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. The Successful Applicant
2+ years of construction management experience, preferably with wood-frame multifamily. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar. Motivated team player with a long-term interest in growing into a Project Manager role. What's on Offer
