We are seeking a dedicated
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER
to oversee a territory from West LA through the San Fernando Valley. The branch is based in Simi Valley, CA. Candidates residing in or near this territory are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include: Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service, ensuring quality and timely project delivery Managing crew members, including dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and workload planning Conducting proactive site quality reviews and communicating assessments internally and externally Networking and earning referrals to support branch growth objectives Growing the branchs base contracts within targeted market segments and locations Assisting the team in achieving quality, retention, growth, and profitability goals Qualifications: 3+ years of client and crew management experience in the commercial landscape industry, with a proven track record managing a large client portfolio 2-4 year college degree in a related field and/or 2-3 years of landscape/horticulture experience, including managing multiple crew members Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, with at least 3 years of relevant experience Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of writing and presenting proposals and bids Experience in consultative sales for additional services Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred for effective communication with crew members Perks and Benefits: Healthcare and 401K matching programs 9 paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick leave Company-provided take-home vehicle, fuel card, cell phone, and laptop A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with work-life balance Paid training and certification opportunities, with career advancement A company culture that fosters growth, longevity, and mutual loyalty Salary Range: $75,000 - $88,000 annually (based on skills, experience, and location) Potential for annual bonuses based on branch and individual performance We believe your success is our success.
